The day started out a bit chilly, a bit windy, and a forecast of “definitely going to rain”. The sky was dark and dreary (but perfect light for us photographers) and had an ominous feel to it. My young couple pulled up excited and ready for their engagement session, with their unstoppable smiles and umbrella in hand we started out on our morning adventure.
Kristen was game for anything, with her “conquer the world by storm” attitude, and Josh, well he was along for the ride. Wearing boots and the cutest little dress ever, she had the poses down like she was born to do this. Josh on the other hand, had eyes only for her. You could see he wasn’t comfortable yet with the camera on him but he was comfortable holding his beautiful fiancé’, so we played on that.
Josh, a Tech Sergeant in the Air Force, met his beautiful fiancé’ about 4 years ago at Bogus Basin as he was moving from Alaska to Utah. They became close friends and then fell in love. Kristen thinks “he is about the sweetest Prince Charming a girl could ever ask for”, and I must agree. It is always refreshing to see this much love, this much caring, and this much happiness and it really shows in their pictures. Their wedding day is July 12th of this year and we can’t wait! We are so very excited for the 2 of them and their new adventures together.
